The corporate culture of OPITZ CONSULTING is essentially characterized by its excellent working atmosphere and high motivation of a dynamic team. These are indispensable prerequisites for lasting successful actions.
Value frame
As a basis for the maintenance of the high motivation level, OPITZ CONSULTING employees defined a "value frame" where employees, partners and the business itself can move and feel comfortable.

The value pyramide consists of the value groups "Involvement" , "Partnership" and "Continuity" . These value groups form the corner pillar and therewith the frame for the motivation of employees. Considering individuality
We are aware that each one of our employees reaches a high motivational level by different values. This individuality has to be considered and facilitated. Boundaries for the individual emerge if the motivation of others is negatively affected by the behaviour of this individual.
| Digression: the term corporate culture The concept of the corporate culture transmits the cultural idea in cultural anthropology to organizations. Thus each organization developes a specific culture that definitely determines the organisational behaviour. It arises from the conjunction of values, standards, thinking and paradigms that the employees share: Everything that builds the coexistence in the organization and the appearance outwards. In general, corporate culture will be seen as changeable whereby it is not possible to count the starting points for changes. Corporate culture will be very strongly built by the shared experiences of employees and can be very slow purposefully changed. In addition, social and economic general conditions and also the structure and strategy of organization have effect on their culture. |
