For new employees, the induction program lasts up to three months. Amongst the transfer of theoretical fundamentals, significant emphasis is put onto practical exercise, which facilitates the acquisition of new methods and technologies.  Following the induction stage is a three months' project assignment, so that the training period is ended after six months in total.

As the prerequisites of each new employee can vary significantly, if recommendable, the induction program can deviate from this rule. For new employees, which are familiar with the relevant methods and technologies and have gained sufficient project experience, the executive board and training experts determine an individual training program. The duration of this induction is notably reduced in comparison to the regular program.

The induction for each new employee takes place in our holding in Gummersbach, where a training team, consisting of project experienced employees, is always at hand.
 

Among the induction training, following training opportunities are available:

  • subject-specific internal seminars and events
  • subject-specific external training, if the required knowledge does not exist within the company
  • subject-specific training to become an ORACLE Certified Professional (OCP)
  • further training to become a project leader and consultant
  • personality training (e.g. conflict management)
