Based on the requirements specification and the individual employees' performance level, we provide conventional classroom training as well as specifically designed Inhouse training.

Classroom Training

At our house, classroom training programs are planned long-term and publicised in our training catalogue. Principally, they take place in our Gummersbacher-training centre. In respect thereof, we do not only offer training taken from the Oracle University program, but additionally a variety of complementing courses, going beyond the scope of the Oracle training program, reflecting stronger on the actual methods and technologies on the current market. Individual Inhouse Training

We can support you in optimising your training effort by developing an individual course offer carrying out the training units in your premises. Based on prior knowledge of your employees and their specific requirements, seminar contents can be tightened, deepened or rearranged. In these training units, where appropriate, we can refer to your database and structures, in order to adapt our training perfectly to your specific requirements and general conditions. In doing so, costs can be reduced, motivation of employees optimised and training successes follow quicker. To design such an individual training concept, generally a needs assessment is requisite.
