From the first step, OPITZ CONSULTING assists you in the adaption of new technologies in your company. Our first consulting service is the analysis of the initial situation ahead of each project. Depending on the task, we consider the feasibility of an approache to a solution, design a first project roadmap or consider alternative solution approaches in the scope of a strategic decision.
From our project experience, we developed workshops at a fixed price, in order to support you best possible and help you controlling costs in advance. The task is clearly defined, the steps of each workshop clearly described, its duration stated as well as the price is fixed.
In the workshops or assessments, we consider possible solution approaches in cooperation with you and evaluate them by means of the qualitative method of a value benefit analysis. This allows the simulation of differing, continuously changing basic conditions and shows instantantly the implications and consequences of each potential decision.
